Black Kid got shot in Florida Strange that now we have a national conversation
of hoodies, and not guns (Colbert Nation).

Danica Patrick. Remind me: WTF cares?

Hunger Games made a crap load of money.

Biggest Boat Ever? MSC Fabiola is the biggest container ship ever. Who cares?

Poetry Plus meets in Westwood on the last Thursday of the month. Westwood
Public Library, a block south and a block east of Westwood and Wilshire Blvds.
        Fun.

Q: What the hell are you supposed to call that place in Long Beach with the
             big boats?

A: Port of Los Angeles / Port of Long Beach

Hey Wisconsin! Whatever the hell is going on with the "boom-boom," it ISN'T
"micro-quakes" or whatever the hell your psycho psychic seismic advisor advised
you. Good Luck with the research. You may want to look into BP and Rocketdyne.
Signed, Everybody that has lived in California more than two weeks.

2) Other News

Wars, rumors of wars, incontinence, misery, earthquakes, rumors of earthquakes...

3) Local Loco

4) Shipping.

Everything you wear, most of what you eat, and for sure every single thing you have
ever driven, came through as cargo on one of those big-ass boats down here in Long
Beach Harbor. Get used to it. Oh, and everything downwind of it is incredibly succeptible
to environmental concerns from diesel exhaust to fracking issues and exotic foreign pests.

5) Lit Minit : "Brief History of Time," by Stephen Hawking.

Thank you so much for reading and listening. I hope you had fun. Now:

SFBG - San Francisco Bay Guardian

No money was paid to anyone for the reading of Stephen Hawking's "A Brief History of Time."

"The Journey," by Douglas Whiting can be read with great love and respect and hope for your enjoyment. This time with complete endorsement, authorization, and  permission from the author, their heirs and publisher! All me!

We did not pay anyone for use of the opening music from Cake ("Wheels," off of "Pressure Chief," or the closing, either (Mr. Scruff's tune "Kalimba"). Our bad.
