          California State Assembly Bill #32 (AB32) is a thorn in the side of nearly everyone. It was 
          passed on Schwarzenneger's watch and is the most aggressive climate-change 
          legislation passed by any state.

          My theory is that the Mayans were so well-versed with the future that they forsaw,
