2)  Other News

Tremors, disease, fire, shootings, panic, reloading, pain, suffering, and pain.

3)  Local Loco

Follow one of these suggestions once in a while and you will have a better neighborhood.
You may even stop a tragedy.

4)  Feature Segment: "Them and Us and Wildly Innapropriate Responses"

The London nurse and the Portland shooter did not live in a vacuum. They
had families and neighbors and peers and co-workers and people near them
much of the time. They did not choose to harm themselves without having
no better option available. This was doubtless due to isolation.

Just like their actions strike us as weird and illogical, their lives were so confusing
and weird and painful to them, that they felt like their best choice was to do this
           damage.

We all have people around us that we ignore. It is exhausting to be otherwise.
But we do have a choice. For myself I choose to engage. I believe that just by
engaging and insisting on respect and mutual acknowledgement you enrich
both lives. We are a social species and we solve problems. When we walk
around blind by choice, we impoverish ourselves with no gain.

5) Lit Minit : One of the juicy parts of "Fifty Shades of Grey," by E.L. James.

Thank you so much for reading and listening. I hope you had fun. Now:

No money was paid to anyone for anything here, so look somewhere else!

"The Journey," by Douglas Whiting can be read with great love and respect and hope for your enjoyment. This time with complete endorsement, authorization, and  permission from the author, their heirs and publisher! All me!

We did not pay anyone for use of the opening music from Cake ("Wheels," off of "Pressure Chief") or the close music either, that is Kalimba from Mr. Scruff, off of their album Hot Tuna.

Our bad.
